Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
